There are three ways to cancel your trial or subscription at any time:

Email help@chatfully.io at least 1 business day before your trial or billing period ends. Include your organization name and the email address associated with your account.

Text or call us
Text or call +1 (844) 939-CHAT at least 1 business day before your trial or billing period ends. Provide your organization name and the email associated with your account.

Cancel in app
Navigate to the Billing section within your Chatfully account settings and cancel your subscription directly. This option is available 24/7 and takes effect immediately.
